2. Services Description

Mend It Appliance Repair Inc provides residential appliance repair services in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, California. Our services include diagnosis and repair of washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, cooktops, ranges, microwaves, and trash compactors.

We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including for safety concerns, inaccessible appliances, or appliances that cannot be safely repaired.

3. Service Call Fee Policy

A flat $50 service call fee applies to every appointment. This fee covers the technician's travel to your home and diagnostic assessment of the appliance.

• If the appliance is repaired: The $50 service call fee is applied toward the total cost of the repair. You pay only the remaining balance.
• If the appliance cannot be repaired: You are responsible only for the $50 service call fee. No additional charges apply.
• Cancellations: Please notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid the service call fee.

All repair costs will be quoted in full before any repair work begins. No work will be performed without your explicit approval of the quoted price.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment times are estimates. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled window, actual arrival times may vary due to traffic, prior service calls, or unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if we anticipate a significant delay.

To ensure a safe and efficient service visit, please ensure that the appliance is accessible and that a responsible adult (18 years or older) is present at the time of the appointment.

5. Warranty on Repairs

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms for parts and labor will be communicated to you at the time of service. Any warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover pre-existing conditions, misuse, or damage caused after the service visit.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mend It Appliance Repair Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, property damage, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
